Do you have a return policy ?
We do not have a return policy (would you like to purchase a watch which has been tried and worn by somebody else ?) If we send by mistake a wrong watch it will of course be replaced free of charge.
Do your have a call service ?
We do not have a call service but a fax one in the USA : 001 (201) 818 61 11. The best way is to contact us by e-mail.
Do you accept credit cards ?
We accept the main credit cards but for orders of less than 5000 US $ coming from some countries only (USA, Canada,Western Europe, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, Israel, Australia, New-Zeland). Orders of more than 5000 US $ must be paid in advance by bank wire; please ask about the delivery time before you wire an amount.
