TERMS OF SALE
OUR PRINCIPLES
We sell genuine and brand new watches only with papers, original manufacturer boxes and serial number. We guarantee that there is no difference between a watch sold at TIMETOTIME and a watch sold by a certified official watch retailer for any of our represented brands. TIMETOTIME owns stocks for most of presented watches. If you watch which you have ordered is temporarily not available in stock, we will inform you about delivery time. In the case the time is larger than the standard we will contact you in order to know whether you maintain your order.
DELIVERY COSTS
All our prices are in US$. TIME TO TIME exports all over the world and our prices always include standard packaging and shipping costs via air-mail. Additionally all our parcels are insured against the shipping risks, such as damages, loss, etc.. Should you need your purchases faster (if they are available), you can opt for an express delivery at an extra charge of 35$. If you pay with an AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD or by Bank Wire the Express shipping will be FREE OF CHARGE.
PAYMENT METHODS
For payment we accept VISA or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. TIMETOTIME does not levy any form of additional tax if you are paying using a credit card. When mentioned we grant a 5 % discount if you pay by bank wire. Please do not wire money without asking for the model availability.
SECURITY
Your credit card number is sent to us using secure technology, i.e. SSL Secure Form with 128 bits encoding mechanism. It is therefore safe to send your credit card information to TIME TO TIME. We do not communicate, store or re-use this information, which applies to one unique transaction which the customer explicitly approves online.

Because of large volume calls, TIMETOTIME does not accept incoming calls, but we treat every request sent to us by Fax, sent at our US-based number : 001 (201) 818 61 11. Whatever country you are based in, you can reach us by fax at this international number.
RETURN POLICY
Because TIMETOTIME is committed to provide its customers watches which have never been worn, the company has decided not to have a return policy.
CAUTION : some companies have a 30 day return or similar exchange policies. They sell as new watches which could have been tried shortly by one or several people. TIME TO TIME is committed to respect its customers and therefore does not have such a policy. Because our customers matter, we are bound to fulfill our promises: YOUR WATCH WILL BE 100% BRAND NEW AND HAS NEVER BEEN WORN anytime before. It comes directly from the manufacturers´ stocks.
WARRANTY
Our watches are brand new and genuine. We control them before dispatch. Should your watch present any sort of default, please send it back with proper delivery insurance. Our watchmaker will fix it and send it free with a gift back.
Our watches are guaranteed against any malfunctioning or manufacturing default for a period of two years starting on the date indicated on the invoice. This warranty does not cover the normal wear of the case or of the bracelet or strap nor does it cover any damage resulting from improper use of the watch. During the warranty period, our responsibility is limited to the repair or, if impossible, to the replacement free of charge of all defective parts. In order for this to take place, customers need to return the watches to TIMETOTIME .
